School Uniform

General Rules

Girls

1. Girls can either wear the offical school skirt or navy trousers. The school skirt must not be above the kneeline. The uniform, which must have the school emblem includes a white, navy or maroon long-sleeved or a white short sleeved t-shirt. White, maroon, navy or black socks. In cold weather, students can wear the school’s offical navy or maroon fleece. Only white vests are permitted underneath the school uniform. The black t-shirt with the school emblem may only be worn with the official school skirt and trousers.

2. Dark coloured shoes (without high heels of any kind) must be worn. Socks are obligatory.

3. Students cannot wear coats or raincoats inside the school building, only the official school fleece mentioned above can be worn.

4. All jewellery with the exception of a watch is prohibited. This includes neklaces, earrings and rings. Nail polish is forbidden and nails should be kept short. Long hair should be tied back away from the face. Coloured hair is strictly forbidden.

5. It is forbidden to wear or bring makeup to school.

Boys

1. Boys can wear the offical grey trousers. The uniform, which must have the school emblem, includes a white, navy or maroon long-sleeved or a white short sleeved t-shirt. White, maroon, navy or black socks. In cold weather, students can wear the school’s offical navy or maroon fleece. Only white vests are permitted underneath the school uniform. The black t-shirt with the school emblem may only be worn with the official grey trousers.

2. Dark coloured shoes must be worn and must be clean and polished.

P.E. Uniform

1. All students must wear the official school sports uniform with the school emblem.

2. Primary school students should wear the official sports uniform on the days they have P.E., Folk Dance and other club activities.

Non-Uniform Day

1. In Primary School there is one day a week when childen don’t have to wear their school uniform.

2. On this day girls can wear trousers or shorts. All tops should have sleeves. It is forbidden to wear strapless tops, halterneck tops or thin strapped t-shirts.

3. It is forbidden to wear flip flops, sandals or high heeled shoes.

4. On this day, the school’s official P.E. uniform can be worn.

5. The rules regarding hair, makeup and jewellery are the same as the above.

6. Students who disobey these rules must come to school in the offical school uniform the following non-uniform day.

Rules for Special Days

Girls

Boys

1. Ironed grey school trousers, white school shirt with the school emblem navy tie and black polished shoes must be worn.

2. Hair must be short and if necessary students must shave. Nails should be short and clean.

3. No jewellery should be worn with the exception of a watch.

Note

If a student doesn't obey the above rules regarding the official school uniform, he/she will receive a warning from the school administration. If he/she continues to ignore the school uniform rules, he/she will not be allowed to attend lessons and parents will be called to school. If the student continues to ignore the rules according to the regulations the student will be sent to the "Students Behaviour and Assessment Board."
